Equipped with a TiCN coating, this tool offers superior wear resistance and reduces built-up edge, thereby extending tool life across both ferrous and non-ferrous metals. The center-cutting design supports plunge cutting, increasing versatility in complex machining applications. Note that the lack of a corner radius requires careful handling to prevent chipping during interrupted cuts. This end mill is not recommended for heat-resistant superalloys (HRSA ISO S) due to coating unsuitability, which can cause rapid wear. Additionally, it should be avoided for heavy roughing or materials outside the specified range to ensure optimal performance and durability.
