Stub Length & Regular Length Single End Mills from T&O. The registered SUPERCEED series of T&O are designed to machine stainless steel, Inconel, and other alloys. The tool is made from ultra-fine solid carbide and is available in Titanium CarboNitride (TiCN) or Titanium Nitride (TiN) variants. Each single end mill is designed with five helical flutes having 45 degrees of helix angle. This construction type goes on to offer faster chip ejection and provide stable drilling conditions. The cutting direction on this tool is right-handed. The tool comes in a straight shank with varying models of stub length & regular length. The product comes in sizes fractional sizes of 1/8 inch to 5/8 inch and overall length ranging from 1-1/2 inches to 3-1/2 inches. The shorter total overall and flute length allows the product to be used in tight spaces and for portable drilling applications that require rigidity. The shorter flute length mitigates deflection, breakage, and runout, making it optimum to use on harder metals, alloys, or even plastics.
